This is Man O’Words Cask 397, our first ever Fino Sherry aged, unpeated, single cask single malt.

This whisky has perfectly balanced notes of sweet fruits, offset with a subtle hazelnut and walnut finish.

This week marked an exciting milestone for us as we filled our 15,000th cask.
Previously filled with our peated Man O’Sword whisky, we've now filled it with our unpeated spirit to experiment with the influence of the residual peated aroma in the oak as this cask matures.
