Last week, the RPPL team gathered in person Annenberg Institute at Brown for learning and discussion. We spent time developing our vision to #advancePL , discussing current & upcoming research, and determining how to measure progress. Looking forward to bringing this energy into the year ahead!

My hope is that our new article helps us to talk about teacher shortages in a more precise and constructive way so that we move past debating about whether shortages exist to finding solutions for contexts where they are a persistent structural problem in public education.
