I take back everything I’ve said

Exactly a year ago today, my feature-length Metroid documentary, How Metroid Saved The Galaxy, dropped on YouTube. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the production and to all who've watched and shared. I'm still super (hah) proud of how it turned out.

With the imminent release of the Thousand Year Door remake and Nintendo sending out surveys asking Paper Mario fans very particular questions about characters and mechanics, it feels like there is finally hope for the series.

Arlo 🐀 actually just read that one for the first time super recently, as others have already said it's from the Sonic & Knuckles 48 page special

When I was a kid I had a Sonic comic I bought from our town's little grocery store where Knuckles watches a solar eclipse, with a kid I think, and I have no idea how to find the image without a lot of digging but that really stuck with me.

Not only did I just lose my job at IGN but I was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive cancer.
