That's a wrap for Family Literacy Night with partners HoustonArea UL! Families learned about supporting literacy at home, kids got 4 free Scholastic books, visited the book Fair, and everyone took home FRENCHY'S meals!

We had a visit from our Counseling Department Counseling Coordinator, Barbara Finkle, who just happens to be my favorite teacher of all time from 4th grade at Poe ES! We've had a lifelong connection & I'm so glad she's still part of my life seeing me lead all grown up!
