Today I received an email from a division of one of the most well-known UK publishers, asking if I'd like to illustrate their virtual shop front for Christmas.

They've asked for 8+ illustrations, samples and style guides.

Guess what their budget is? £800.

Throwback to some mock book covers - illustrating the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman.
