Belvidere North 6th Annual Youth Basketball Camp July 22nd-25th, 2024. Co-ed: 1st grade through 5th grade 8:45am-11:45am. Boys: 6th through 8th grade 12pm-3pm. See the attached flyer and registration.

North track tied for 2nd at Sectionals. All of our relays qualified for state, the 4x1, 4 X2, 4 x8 and 4x4, with a school record. Individual qualifiers were Braeden Brown in the HJ and 400, Joseph Brown in the 300M hurdles, Jesse Kramer in the mile,and Jackson Johnson in the HJ.

Conference champs for the 4th consecutive year!!! Congrats to our track team as they won the conference meet by 50 pts. Individual winners were Braeden Brown (400 and HJ), Jesse Kramer (1600), and Owen Jahn (PV). Our 4x200 and 4x400 relay teams took first as well. Roll Thunder!!!

For the 3rd year in a row our varsity basketball team earns IBCA All State academic honors, and for the 2nd year in a row our kids earn 1st place IBCA Academic All State. What a season: Most wins in school history with 22, a regional championship, & Academic All State.

Congratulations to Adam. RVC is getting a great player as well as a great student. He will make a great impact on the RVC Basketball program.

It was great to see Adam & Braeden play one last time in the Rising Stars Game at Rock Valley College last night. Thank you both for everything you have done for our program.

Belvidere North and Applebee's would like to recognize track's Braeden Brown as Athlete of the Week. On Saturday, Braeden won the high jump and 400m at the Cary-Grove Invite. His time of 50.38 set a new school record and is the 3rd fastest time recorded in the state this spring!

We would like to welcome our newest member of our Wall of Fame, basketball’s Adam Brown. Adam recently earned Honorable Mention All-State honors. Congratulations Adam on your great career and thanks for representing BNorth!!

We had our banquet tonight. Very thankful for the group of kids in our program & their families as well as the coaches on our staff. These 6 seniors led the way for us as we went from a 9 win team last year to a 22 win, regional championship team this year.

Congratulations to Adam Brown & Braeden Brown on making 1st Team All-Conference. These two played key roles in our school record 22 wins, as well as our 1st Regional Championship in 15 years. In addition, they each have a 4.0 GPA.

Our kids were playing their best as we won our first regional in 15 years, & tonight we were within 2 points of a 25 win team playing a sectional on their home floor. We lost 57-55 to Kaneland. I am very thankful for the kids I was able to coach & our families for supporting us.

Sectional semifinal as we travel to Kaneland tonight to play Kaneland at 7pm.
