Great night at TRON THEATRE last night. Our culture club went to see Birds of Paradise Don't. Make. Tea. FANTASIC show enjoyed by all.
#DontMakeTea was excellent tonight TRON THEATRE - a very funny dark comedy about disability and the benefits system. I always love watching Neil John Gibson and Richard Conlon and saw some great new-to-me actors.

Saw the hilariously dark #DontMakeTea by Birds of Paradise last week Soho Theatre!
Inclusive, accessible, great reflection on the failings of DWP set in the not to distant, dystopian future.
Catch it in London or back on tour across Scotland!
For those who want to continue the conversations begun in #DontMakeTea , we're hosting a national online event of discussion, allegiance building and action planning around #disabilitybenefits in the UK.

There are only a few days left to catch #DontMakeTea at @SohoTheatre. Have you got your tickets yet?
Although #DontMakeTea is a comedy, the questions it raises have very real implications for our society and our lives within it. You can read a response to the play by academic and advocate Dr Sally Witcher at the link in our bio.

Last night, I had the pleasure of watching #DontMakeTea by Birds of Paradise. An intense and darkly comical dive into the realities of being Disabled. It explores external ableism in fighting for benefits while looking at internalised ableism in fearing dependence. 1/2
'Iโm proud of what weโve come up with โ a dark comedy that doesnโt claim to have all the answers but hopefully asks a lot of the right questions.' โ Rob Drummond, playwright.
#DontMakeTea returns to the @SohoTheatre stage tonight!
