She has been awarded a 2023 The Churchill Fellowship to research how diverse community led initiatives are using the arts to transform their neighbourhoods in Chicago (USA) and internationally (2024).
Bo’s work explores race, identity, place and social justice issues. Commissioners have included Beam (North), Iniva (London), Edinburgh Art Festival Edinburgh Art Festival, Lakeside Arts (Nottingham), Gods House Tower (Southampton), Idle Women (Lancs), @mdp_info (Manchester).
The Fine Art course at Sheffield Hallam University Department of Art & Design - Sheffield Hallam is delighted that Boseda Olawoye will present the next of our Transmission talks.
