Avanti West Coast 807 002 makes its debut appearance on the Blackpool North line today.

It might look a little mucky but the pure white is quite sleek!

You even get a bit of an old an new comparison with 390 039 also making an appearance.

Tuesday wasn't just a day for trams, it was also a day for some class 20s courtesy of Locomotive Services Group!

This is the first time I've seen some mainline running 20s are wow do they sound amazing powering up!!

Well today saw the Blackpool Transport trams restart testing on the North Station Extension, and 010 had the honors of doing so!

I believe there will be more throughout the week and hopefully these will be successful!!

🚆 Testing is due to start next week on the Talbot Road tramway extension, between the Promenade and the new Blackpool North tram stop.

From Tuesday 23 April, trams will be live on the tracks at various times of day while testing is carried out.
