What is #QI ? BSMHFT NHS Mental Health Colleagues joined the quest for QI knowledge in the recent QI Training course. QI Leads Gaynor Matthews and heather hurst led a brilliant Bronze QI training session exploring the Model for Improvement in depth📈. Inspiring QI minds to analyse aims & delve into data🤔

We had 68 BSMHFT Doctors join our half day “QI for supervisors and supervisees” training. Heather Hurst heather hurst delivered a great session, some interesting project ideas being considered.... a useful reminder how important QI can be to trainees as well as the organisation.

Our QI Lead Gaynor Matthews attended the recent QI project Professional Nurse Advocate (PNA) meeting. The project aims to embed the PNA role across the organisation. The project team are meeting fortnightly & have completed a Driver Diagram to help plan project activities. 🧑‍⚕️ #QI

A dynamic day of collaborating, connecting, and conversing to bring about transformation. Through a shared space of dynamic dialogues, departments within the Trust joined together to look at the bigger picture of how we can implement transformation & improvement effectively.🎯📈
