Attending a very successful & helpful boatfolk conference at Penarth Marina. Right on their doorstep is the Cardiff Barrage which is amazing, especially these 16m (52ft) monster lock gates. The sluice gates were opened yesterday releasing 1000,s tons of water. #weareboatfolk
