Our History & foundation as a nation has an immense imprint of the sacrifices, through blood and sweat, of many heroes who gave it all for what we have today as a beautiful home, Kenya.

We also celebrate modern day heroes in the many sectors of our nation.

The Council of Governors held a consultative meeting with Bill Gates who is in the country on a working visit.

Our deliberations centered on how our devolved units will partner with the Gates Foundation in the areas of Agriculture & food security, Climate Change, Health etc.

I have nominated the persons below to the positions of County Executive Committee Members subject to vetting and approval by the County Assembly of Bomet. Congratulations.

Held our full council meeting as the COG to deliberate on a number of issues touching on devolved governance. Key among them is the delayed disbursement of funds for this FY. We call upon the National Treasury to expedite release of funds to facilitate service to Wananchi.

No region will be discriminated in the process of transforming this country. This is my commitment. Thank you the people of Homa Bay for the warm reception.
