As of March 2024, a total 442.84 hectares of land in Central and South Dune have been rehabilitated.

Base participated in a mangrove restoration exercise organized by Mwakamba BMU along the Kongo River in Diani.
1,500 mangrove seedlings were planted during the event, which was attended by the Kwale County Government, Coast Development Authority, & Diani Turtle Watch.

$BSE is pleased to report that the Kwale PAVI Cooperative Society recently received a cereal drier and cotton seeds from the Ministry of Agriculture. This week, a total 1.5 tons of poultry feed was milled and sold, and 750 farmers were recruited for the upcoming planting season.
