The evidence is in. There aren’t enough accessible and inclusive playgrounds in the UK for disabled children.

Out of 1000 playgrounds investigated, only 1 in 10 were suitable for disabled children.

I was worried that Quark may have a little too much energy when he came to us, as Kika has always been calm. But after a few weeks, Quark had settled down & he definitely loves having Kika as a big sister.

At 6am this morning I find them together 💛

This is what weekends are all about, family time!

It was relatively easy taking videos of Kika, just point the camera towards the sound of the bell, now with 2 dogs, I need to pay attention.

Its lucky for me that I can usually hear them before anybody can see them 🤦🏽‍♂️

Last week at the museum there were teachers using dog whistles to gather their students. This morning on the train, there were kids on a school trip, again a teacher was blowing on a dog whistle every few minutes, is this a new thing?

Annabelle loved watching Kika and Dr Amit Patel on Dog Squad today. She found the braille printer interesting. It's so lovely she can learn about blindness and accessibility via a children's programme. It definitely helps her understand her big sister more and how she can help!

Today is World Down Syndrome Day.

This is my son Harry. He lights up our world and brings joy, laughter and Bollywood wherever he goes. Love you son. ❤️
