A day late, but happy 114th birthday, Royal Canadian Navy! Here's my latest article on the subject for Legion Magazine.

Paid my respects to those Norwegian sailors who, in 1940, after the Nazis invaded their homeland, sailed for Lunenburg, N.S., and established the Camp Norway military facility, thereby contributing to the Allied war effort. New Legion Magazine article coming soon!

Lottie is here from the UK! Starting the tour with a wander around Point Pleasant Park.

En route to pick our 🇬🇧 friend up from the airport. It's Lottie's first time in N.S. - and Canada overall! Tonight we'll be having dinner at The Narrows, Halifax. Tomorrow we'll explore the city. Saturday is Lunenburg. Finally, it's Peggy's Cove before heading back to Antigonish.

Justin Seitz I've been blessed to see New Zealand's fjords, Australia's beaches, Sweden's forests, Italy's cities, America's mountains, Indonesia's jungle, Tanzania's savannah, and Swindon's roundabout (the latter actually not so great). Nothing, however, compares to Nova Scotia in my heart.

As Annie and I near our 6-year wedding anniversary on May 12, I'm thinking back to our honeymoon in warm and sunny Bali, Indonesia.

Yep, okay, I think I'm ready for summer in Nova Scotia now...!
