💻 Nick discussed the power of tech to make informed, sustainable decisions and how we can use metrics to tackle climate change.

🗣️📈 We just heard Gafar Fashola, Shadow Chair of BPF Futures, discuss the importance of helping junior professionals grow their career in real estate and how the next generation can help to make the industry more sustainable.

🌳 Another fascinating session with our ‘net zero to nature’ panel.

They explored the importance of promoting biodiversity and how we can use nature-based solutions to cut carbon emissions.

We just had an amazing panel session with Giles Barrie (FTI), and the leaders of the BPF, UK Green Building Council and Better Buildings Partnership: Melanie Leech, Smith Mordak and Sarah Ratcliffe.

They explored the general election, what they’d like to see in party manifestos and the future of MEES.

🗣️ We just heard from Jon Neale on how ESG and retrofitting could affect the market.

🏢 Jon also discussed how a significant proportion of the UK’s office stock will need to adapt, and how we need to think about regenerating our town centres in a community-centric way.
