Harvest! We (Jonathan Lundgren Amélie Gaudin labs)are studying how sheep grazing & other regenerative practices affect vineyards. We clip & weigh clusters from 12 vines/vineyard for yield, sample 1400 berries across 400 vines/vineyard to asses grape quality, & get our insect traps.

The 2024 field season is officially finished!!! Our teams finished clusters in VT dairy and CO mixed vegetable and field cropping systems. Aprx 450 farms were measured this year. We met farmers that are writing a different, hopeful story from what mainstream sources tell us.

Vermont farmers are showing that focusing on growing food for one’s community works. Indeed, these were some of the most regenerative farms we have encountered. Really exciting!
