In case you missed it, the Assembly Select Committee on Biotech held a hearing on February 6th to discuss Pharmacy Benefit Management 101. SB 873 (Bradford) will make prescriptions more affordable by requiring patients to at least receive 90% of rebates at the point of sale!

Looking forward to today's informational hearing on #PBMs hosted by the Assembly Select Committee on Biotechnology. Our bill, #SB873 (Senator Steven Bradford), ensures PBM/health plan rebates directly benefit patients through lower out-of-pocket costs at the pharmacy counter.

Once again, we see how #PBMs persistently hinder patient access to care. Legislation such as our co-sponsored SB 873, led by Senator Steven Bradford, is designed to rein in these entities, ultimately improving access to medications for patients. bit.ly/49h37dT
