Today, President Biden is reaffirming that health care is a fundamental right by expanding access to quality, affordable care under the ACA to over 100,000 DACA recipients.

President Biden stood by DACA recipients 12 years ago and continues to do so today.

But over one third of DACA recipients currently don't have health insurance.

Today, we took action to ensure more Dreamers are eligible to enroll in health coverage.

Dreamers are our loved ones, nurses, teachers, and small business owners – they deserve the promise of health care just like all of us.

Today, my Administration is making that real by expanding affordable health coverage through the Affordable Care Act to DACA recipients.
