SCOTUS had 3 trans medical bans they could review, but they chose Idaho’s. They chose a ban:

✅With felony charges

✅With no exceptions for those already getting care

✅From the same state asking SCOTUS to be able to refuse emergency care to pregnant people

We see you SCOTUS.

On Monday, #SCOTUS chose to side with politicians over the health of Idaho youth.

We'll say it again - transgender medical care is well researched, life-saving, medically necessary care.

The fight isn't over.

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court granted an emergency stay request in Poe v. Labrador, siding with Idaho’s ultraconservative Legislature & allowing the state’s ban on transgender medical care for minors to go into effect for the first time since the case began more than 2 years ago.
