Game Day! We are ready for the first International Masters Festival to be held in Canada. Come see the Grizzlies face teams from England, Wales and Australia. Kick off 1pm.

The Grizzlies will look sharp in the new 2023 Festival Jersey, worn here by Scott Bond. Scott will make his Canada debut today. Taking the field with Chris Bond will make them the first father and son duo to play for their country.

The 2023 International Festival is happening this Sunday July 2nd at Fletcher’s Fields. Part of Canada’s biggest year of Masters Rugby League so far and a perfect time to check out the sport. Come see the Canada Grizzlies take on Australia, Wales and the Club Masters of England!

The Canadians are looking forward to seeing friends old & new when we welcome the Club Masters of England for the International Festival. The Grizzlies have already played against teams from Crossfields, Rochdale and Hunslet, as well as tourists from South London & the GB Police.

There were some Grizzlies in BC this weekend for the Silver Foxes vs Australia game. This Sunday’s Captain, Keller Reeves, was a catalyst behind the match and the growth of Masters in Canada. He will be flying to Ontario this week to represent his country.

Masters from Wales Rugby League will participate in the Canada International Festival on July 2nd. Wales were one of the opposition at the 2021 International Festival, the first the Grizzlies took part in.
