I meant to highlight the fantastic resources available on The Cancer Dependency Map Project that we used to cross-validate the gene hits from our siRNA screen to ensure these were true core vulnerabilities in GBM.

Very nice work! This bias is most noticeable in genes with weak dependency effects where the top correlates are the genes in the same chromosome arm.
