A Royal Navy-led task force CTF 150 has bagged a record-breaking haul of illegal drugs - 22 tonnes - in 6 months in the Indian Ocean.

The force - part of Combined Maritime Forces - and which has included HMS Lancaster at times, scored 14 busts worth at least £161m.

CTF command now passed to French Navy

🇫🇷 French Navy Capt. Yannick Bossu assumed command of CTF 150, Combined Maritime Forces's naval task force in the Gulf of Oman & Indian Ocean, during a ceremony in Bahrain, July 20. 🇬🇧 UK Royal Navy led the task force for the past six months.
