We had a lovely session last night on the Zoom course with Emma Daniels from Transforming Mindsets, looking at stress responses of the nervous system on parent carers. We love working with Emma, she is passionate about the needs of parent carers.

We had a brilliant session last Thursday with Ollie from Shipshape Coaching. The session looked at our mindset and how this could help us reach our goal. What we love about Ollie he does loads of research into parent carers and is so understanding and willing to learn more.

Refresh Carers Well-being Project is for unpaid parent carers who live in Armley. We have funding from Leeds Community Foundation to work in the Armley Area in 2024.
