It’s Primary Election Day in Texas! The polls are open until 7 PM tonight. There are many important primary elections that’ll shape the future. If you’re informed and discerning, I encourage you to make your voice heard.

Great news for Texas! The injunction shouldn’t have ever been granted because the DOJ failed to prove the they were likely to succeed on the merits, and that SB 4 would have inflicted irreparable harm to the US – both requisite steps for the issuance of a temporary injunction.
