'We call on all University administrations to guarantee the right to peacefully assemble and protest on campuses.'

As the President of a Union that represents thousands of workers on campuses in the Boston area, I find the situation Columbia University very disturbing. University administrations should never mobilize law enforcement against peaceful demonstrators on campus.
