Three pupils from Walsingham class visited St John this morning for a coffee morning with Mrs Taylor. We are really proud of how well they represented the school. Well done and thank you!

Happy Easter Day everyone

The Priory Catholic Playgroup is grateful for the Easter donation made by Kathryn and Dave Boam - owners of The Dog and Parrot. The pub and its customers have raised £300 and donated Easter eggs for each child at the playgroup. A huge thank you for your help!

From everyone here at the Priory we wish everyone a happy and enjoyable Easter holiday.

We absolutely loved the Easter bonnets on parade yesterday. It was a special occasion to see everyone come together for the afternoon before we broke up for the Easter holidays. Well done to all the winners in each class.

As we’re in Holy Week, Walsingham led a lovely Easter mass today. Father Paul held a beautiful service for our local community. Well done to everyone!!

Well done to York and Assisi class for your two performances of the Easter story. Your hard work had paid off and we hope everyone enjoyed coming to watch the children perform.

Walsingham class have made Easter cards for the local care homes. We hope these are enjoyed by the residents across Eastwood this Easter.

A huge well done to everyone for World Book Day we loved seeing how involved you all were. A winner from each class was crowned today by Mr Harrison. Thank you to all for embracing the day!!

Today, Team Chaplaincy and Miss Hickling led us in an Ash Wednesday liturgy supported by our lay chaplain, Rachel Rose.

We learnt about the importance of Lent for Christians and why ashes are used as a sign of the start of Lent.

Thank you Priory for such a lovely service.

Happy Lunar New Year to all who celebrate from everyone at the Priory.

Y5 enjoyed a STEM day last week - using lego to facilitate this. There was some fabulous work throughout the day. Well done everyone.

This week has been Children's Mental Health week.
The MHST visited the Priory Catholic Voluntary Academy this week to deliver workshops to Y1/2 and then parents. Well done to everyone for engaging with this.

Y6 have been exploring and trialling Learning by Questions a new online learning platform. They have used this in their Maths and Literacy lessons with great enthusiasm.
