So so so Ministry of Public Health - Lebanon responded to public demand finally (well partly) and changed two things:
1- Vaccination rate is now for population above the age of 12
2- Added the percentage of fully vaxxed patients in hospital

Via Sara Chang At the end of 2021, 2 M doses only will be administered, it means that 1 M will be vaccinated.
Population estimated 6 M
For herd immunity, 70% of 6M (4M200 000) should be vaccinated ASAP. 🤷🏻♀️

Indeed, pple 55-64 w/ comorbidities are less prioritized than those w/o, when it should be the opposite (irrespective of vaccine type)--> 4.6% vs. 21.5% received their 1st dose! Big gap! Must revise the plan Ministry of Public Health - Lebanon
