A trial of all 19 codefendants in the Trump RICO case would take four months with over 150 witnesses, according to special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Misty Hampton will plead not guilty and has waived her arraignment appearance tomorrow. All 19 codefendants have now waived arraignment in Fulton County.

Looks like the same grand jury foreperson on both indictments. The last two months haven't been your typical jury service for these folks.

Fulton County clerk says the document Reuters got from their website yesterday was a “sample working document” and calls it a “mishap”.

Yesterday, they called it “fictitious.”
