Guess who's back? Our buzzy friends have returned from their holiday! 🐝
Keep an eye out for the queen bee sporting a new accessory – she's now marked with a red dot on her back, making her easier to spot as she reigns over her hive.

'At work, at about quarter-to-eleven, feeling miserable, I went outside the office. The sky was cloudless; the sun glorious, with a strong W. breeze.'

Correspondence between Baker and S Wales birdwatcher Ron Berry in Restless Brilliance exhibition Chelmsford Museum are a revelation. Eg JAB writes to him in 1977 that 'Every word in The Peregrine is true.' and 'Non-fiction it is'. Letters were found at Swansea University. Do go!
