Siena was diagnosed w/ dilated cardiomyopathy and needed a LVAD in June 2022. Last May, she received a heart transplant, and we're thrilled to share she's doing great today! She loves playing the viola & participating in her school's drama club. #NationalPediatricTransplantWeek

On #WorldHemophiliaDay , meet the Ward family. Melody’s sons, Jadon and Roan, were born with hemophilia, an inherited bleeding disorder that prevents blood from clotting properly. The disease runs in Melody's family, going back at least 5 generations. ms.spr.ly/6016Y6Aji
Researchers from CHOP and Stanford Medicine have discovered that a protein called FOXO1 improves the survival and function of CAR T cells, which may lead to more effective CAR T cell therapies and could potentially expand its use in difficult-to-treat cancers. ms.spr.ly/6017ch2ct
Garrett recently celebrated his 10th birthday and welcomed a new baby brother! Garrett was diagnosed w/ pulmonary hypertension and needed a lung transplant, which he received last July. His mom tells us he's now able to do everyday activities without struggling. #DonateLifeMonth

Jose is an active & healthy 5 yr old boy. Earlier in his life, he went into liver failure from cryptogenic cirrhosis and eventually needed a transplant. Today, we're happy to report that he's doing great, and started learning how to read and do simple math. #DonateLifeMonth
