The past couple of weeks has been absolutely bonkers! The grand finale being the Sugar and Spice Festival

We had a 51 person workshop, Easter itself, a special commission for the bluecoat, some filming, organising/ taking part a festival! Thank you everyone!

A touch of gold for our vanilla spice truffles. We call them 'spiced' but they are not hot. They have a touch of cardamom. It's not strong, just beautiful exotic notes combined with excellent madagascan vanilla. Beautifully rich & luxurious. That gold leaf just shows them off!

WOW-What a day! Thank you stallholders & public! What a delight. Some were disappointed at stalls sold out. Footfall was overwhelming -we weren't all expecting this! We're so grateful you came- everyone is making more-some are doing night shifts! Let's do it all again tomorrow!
