When performing CPR, you should alternate between giving 30 compressions and 2 rescue breaths.

If you are unable or unwilling to provide rescue breaths, perform continuous chest compressions until medical professionals arrive.

2 years ago today my family didn’t know if I would wake up again after having a cardiac arrest. Last year I had a my first CPR event and on the 8th April I have another one. It is crazy what time and healing can do 🥹❤️‍🩹💖 So unbelievably grateful for life and to be here today ✨
