It’s always great meeting North Dakota Close Up Washington students visiting our Nation’s Capital.

It was a beautiful day to meet with students from NORTH BORDER SCHOOL DISTRICT 100, Garrison Schools, Rolette, and Dickinson on the Senate steps for their Close Up Washington trip. We had great discussions about our country’s exceptional system of self-governance and life in public service.

Thank you to the students from Heuvelton Central School District #NY21 who stopped by while visiting the Capitol with Close Up Washington. We discussed local issues in #NY21 like veterans, agriculture, students, and combatting aquatic invasive species in their community. 📝📚
