New Steelers LB Tyler Murray said yesterday he was working at Amazon and received a call from his agent to fly out for a workout with the Steelers. He left mid-shift to get there.

Protein Prioritization

1. TOTAL DAILY INTAKE
MINIMUM of 1 gram per lb. bodyweight
OR
1.5-2 grams per lb. bodyweight if trying to gain mass

2. FOOD QUALITY
Calories aren’t created equal
Steak>Hot dogs

3. NUTRIENT TIMING
VERY important BUT means nothing if 1 & 2 aren’t locked in
