There was some earlier conversation by some of our outstanding Twitter OL coaches that the OL coaching on all 3 levels is below par. This is true. Only because I have almost 50 yrs of OL experience I will agree that much of the OL coaching is not just average but POOR at best.

ROOT THE FEET
ONE ARM PILLAR STRIKES ARE LONGER THAN 2
BRACING IS BETTER THAN LEAD STEPPING
SCOOTING IS BETTER THAN BLOCKING ON THE ANGLE, IVE WAISTED ALOT OF TIME
