At the MAIS State Championship AJ set a new School Record and 6A State Record with a blazing time of 10.70! AJ shattered the previous school record of 10.81 set in 2009 by Ben Hutton.

The recruiting process wasn't easy for these two highly accomplished MRA athletes.

They saw it through anyways, and just beat the graduation buzzer to keep the dream alive. 🏀🏈

He was so many things, to so many people, to so many of you. Whether or not you got to meet him, you felt him. He was that kind of presence.

But to me he was just Dad.

And that was everything.

I think this is the source of many track injuries and poor performance.

If athletes are filling their rest/recovery days with 7on7 🏈, AAU 🏀, or bodybuilding 🏋️‍♀️, their bodies do not heal. Growth is stunted.
