We’re at RAF Northolt this weekend working on leadership with our cadets. Some excellent command tasks completed, a case study on Air Chief Marshall Dowding and a visit to the incredible Battle of Britain Bunker

The RAF Carlos Carrilero were thrilled to have former cadet and now part of the DS A/Plt Off May teach a flight planning lesson whilst on study break from his flying training with Leading Edge. A great evening ahead of AEF that bought the RAF Air Cadets syllabus to life!

Remembrance Dinner 2023

As we approach the month of remembrance, cadets completed a cemetery guided tour at Brookwood cemetary, run by the Commonwealth War Graves. Always a poignant part of our October camp to Pirbright.

Brilliant end to the CCF Mountain skills course. Not only did we bag Tryfan to add to our summit list, we also had a fly past from two RAF Typhoons in the valley

Air cadets assemble! The RAF Section had a fantastic day at RAF Benson who hosted the Air Cadet Muster- complete with chinook AEF, F35, phenom, Texan and Lancaster flypast and opportunities to speak to serving RAF personnel.

Today over 1400 troops, 200 horses and 400 musicians from across the Household Division marked The King's official birthday.

Bringing celebrations to a close, a flypast of 70 aircraft from all three services took to the skies, flying over Buckingham Palace.
