This week I visited James and the team at the Co-op store on Remer Street in Crewe.

I was horrified to hear about the persistent shoplifting and intimidation of staff at the store.

I'm grateful that James agreed to support the Co-operative Party UsdawUnion campaign to #EndRetailCrime

Nobody should be afraid to work or to shop on their local high street. Yet soaring
levels of retail crime have seen shopworkers face awful levels of violence and abuse at work. Today I’m out with Co-operative Party talking to voters about our #EndRetailCrime campaign.
