It’s been a long road but the changes that have happened in Cornell Engineering over the last couple decades have been nothing short of amazing! But as amazing as it’s been, it’s not at all surprising. There is talent & excellence everywhere, but it’s lost w/o avenues of access.
We had such an amazing visit with Kimberly Griffin Haynes who joined our #FutureFaculty for a Power Mentoring Dinner yesterday & gave our annual keynote on mentoring in academia today!
