Today us #WorldMentalHealthDay . Its a day that personally is very important to me. If we can all just check in on someone today, that might be the thing that brightens up a dark day for someone ❤️

I love when a route slowly but surely develops. This new route in Yorkshire has a bit of everything on the 420km I’ve mapped so far. There’ll also be shorter loops - and a shorter #bikepacking route for #handcycles & trailers. Another 106km in the legs from Scarborough to Hull.

It's great to see the wonderful #CommunityCycleClub at St Augustines Centre 🧡 getting some much deserved praise and publicity in the most recent Cycling UK magazine!

Amazing work happening over in the North West to help people get started with riding their bike! And clearly a bit of rain would never put off us Northerners!

A week ago we welcomed people to Dunoon for a weekend of #bikepacking on Scotland's West Coast. A month ago we had loads of happy riders in Alyth.
