We much enjoyed welcoming the two Year 4 Classes from Brunswick Park Primary School Dulwich College yesterday for a #Shackleton Tour and to see the James Caird. Next week the two Year 5 Classes will be visiting us.
It was a great pleasure to be at the Private View of Polly Townsend's #Antarctic Paintings last night. She was 2023 Antarctic Artist-in-Residence supported by the Friends of the Scott Polar Research Institute. The exhibition is John Martin Gallery Gallery, Albermarle St. until 17 May.
A wonderful lecture by Old Alleynians Professor Ian Phillips Dulwich College (1989-99) yesterday to celebrate the naming of a room after fellow Old Alleynian philosopher Gareth Evans (1957-63) which celebrated his short life and incredible work.
