We cannot allow big oil companies to continue to take advantage of the war in Ukraine & inflation to make huge profits by jacking up gas prices. We need a windfall profits tax.

Profits are at 7-year highs for every big oil company.

What are they doing with the cash? Giving $38 billion to shareholders via buybacks, the most since 2008 (the last time gas was $4 a gallon).

They're also giving $50B more in dividends
