On 11/15 DOT Maritime Administration honored Mr. Lucas J. Heckler (a 99-year-old veteran) with the Congressional Gold Medal, Atlantic War Zone Medal, Honorable Service Button, Mediterranean-Middle East War Zone Medal, Pacific War Zone Medal, Victory Medal and the Presidential Testimonial Letter.

Last week, General Jacqueline D. Van Ovost, Commander of U.S. Transportation Command, toured Philly Shipyard and heard briefings on the Vessel Construction Manager construct, showcasing its proven success with the recent delivery of NSMVI.
