Some elements of housing policy are reserved to 🇬🇧 (housing benefit, UC, meaningful borrowing), but 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 does have the levers to make a big impact on homelessness. That we’ve not done so is a major policy failure of successive governments.
