“We have to finish the job”
Still surreal to hear a President talk about climate resilience, the climate crisis, and clean energy investment alongside inflation and tax policy.

'The energy crisis actually began before the war on Feb.24th, before the brutal attack on Ukraine.'
Olga Khakova on CNN with Lynda Kinkade:
The Inflation Reduction Act houses 2️⃣ distinct approaches to building up domestic and friendly clean energy supply chains. William Tobin, Dan Helmeci, and @selinkumbaraci analyze what may be the most effective approach. #EnergySource ⤵️

I'm supposed to be writing, but this news is too big not to share. The Wall Street Journal reports that France will nationalize utility giant EDF, saying the step is necessary to manage the transition away from fossil fuels at a time of energy crisis. (84% of EDF already state-controlled)
