I read THE LONELINESS OF THE LONG DISTANCE CARTOONIST by Adrian Tomine. I have been a huge Tomine fan for years, have a print hanging in my bedroom, but I put off reading this for a long time. Why? No idea. It's a delightful look at a life in the arts. At times too close to home.
