The Ideology War is un-winnable. The majority has found the minority to be culpable and guilty of seditious attitudes and behavior, they refuse to see reason to save the country from tyranny. In fact they are promoting and hastening it’s destruction. Why? Because they can.

She said.. Let me be clear. For years I let everything slide, but now I have boundaries

You don't get to talk down to me. You don't get to smile in my face & secretly despise me

You don't get to throw jabs at me innocently thru jokes. You don't get to use me

Crying heals your body.

It releases oxytocin and endorphins and brings you back to a parasympathetic state.

Trauma conditioning is forever distorting our understanding of fault & responsibility. We get it in our head that others' choices are our 'fault,' & managing their feelings is our 'responsibility'-- & then we feel shame when, for some odd reason, we can't seem to manage either.

Folks, we were born to survive. That is our # 1 priority and purpose for being. We are nature’s culmination of adaptation and mutation and have reached the apex dominating species on Earth. It is OUR planet and OUR societies that we must protect in order to successfully survive.

I never understand people who say 'trauma' is used by some as an 'excuse.' An 'excuse' for what? To be miserable? To struggle in relationships & jobs? Hate to tell you, but humans don't NEED 'excuses' to feel sh*tty or struggle functionally. We'd happily trade in that 'excuse.'

Dr. Nicole LePera Sometimes a relationship starts out awesome and becomes abusive once they have you legally hooked, regardless of your upbringing.

Not all adult relationship dysfunction has to do with childhood dysfunction.

We teach people how to treat us...

No, we don't.

We were taught how to be treated as children. We were shown what to accept in our lives.

Becoming an adult is about unlearning dysfunction as love.
