Thousands of sickle cell patients have been given a new treatment lifeline by the NHS from today, following the approval of a new drug for the disease.

A part-time #nursing degree aimed at parents or carers who want to become a nurse is being launched by Swansea University.

The fully-funded course features a shorter study week and flexibility to coordinate placements around personal commitments.

Sadly, I have had to accept sewing is not my calling 😕, but hopefully it's yours, or you know someone who you can help.

Passionate about the care and well-being of all nurses but really glad to see there is a spotlight on the experiences of internationally recruited nurses 🙌🏾.

Excited for the journey ahead. Grateful to my mentors throughout the years.
