Reminder: two people having the same section order does not mean they had the same test content. Many different test forms in use currently.

That’s the final update for today! Very smooth overall on a systemic level.

So far there are no known systemic issues. Fingers crossed that stays the same!

This is a big exam for April: about 17,500 people will test over the three days!

Remote takers:

• You can have 6 sheets of 8.5' x 11' scratch paper⁠—blank, lined, or graph
• Pens/Pencils/Mech Pencils/Highlighter are all fine
• Soft foam earplugs can be used

US News law rankings are now out! Biggest riser in the T14 is Virginia, up 4 spots into a tie for 4th. Biggest fall is NYU, down 4 spots into a tie for 9th. As always, these rankings are made up and arbitrary.

Law school admissions update: Current law school applicant volume remains UP 5.0% (2,651 applicants). This has been steady for a few weeks now and will likely end near this number. Higher applicant volumes typically mean a more competitive cycle.

Breaking. Per US News (The Morse Code Blog) law school rankings will be released April 9th. As I’ve alluded to before, I think they will make methodological changes so none of the predictions any of us have made will be spot on.
